Plev, LLC ("Plev", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect on our websites (plev.co, plev.ai) and during engagements, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact information you submit through forms (name, business, email, phone, role).
Information you share about your tools, processes, and workflows during a call, audit, or engagement.
Sample documents, spreadsheets, emails, or data you provide so we can design and test workflows.
Standard analytics data (pages viewed, device, referrer, approximate location) via Google Analytics, and conversion data via Google Ads.
Cookies used by analytics, advertising, and basic site functionality.

How we use information

To respond to your inquiry, schedule conversations, and send relevant follow-ups.
To deliver, support, and improve the services you've engaged us for.
To measure marketing performance and improve our website.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Client data and AI

We use a privacy-first approach when designing workflows:

We minimize the data shared with AI providers to what the workflow actually needs.
We prefer providers and settings that do not train models on your inputs or outputs.
We document where data flows, who can access it, and how long it is retained.
We do not sell client data and we do not use client data to train our own models.

Sensitive information

Please do not send sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, government IDs, payment card data, or protected health information) through web forms or general email. If your engagement requires handling that kind of data, we will agree on a secure channel and any additional terms (for example, a Business Associate Agreement) in writing before you share it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with subprocessors necessary to deliver our services (for example, email, analytics, hosting, and AI providers), with your authorized representatives, and where required by law or to protect our rights.

Retention

We retain contact and engagement information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. Sample data shared for design and testing is deleted on request and at the end of an engagement unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@plev.co. You can opt out of analytics and advertising cookies through standard browser controls and platform opt-outs (for example, Google's ad settings). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR.

Children

Our websites and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
